Bio: Hristina Hristova is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Paysafe. She joined the company in 2017 and has held various roles, with a strong focus on developing recruitment strategies and attracting top technical talent across the organization. Over the years, she has been actively involved in initiatives aimed at strengthening the employer brand and positively positioning Paysafe on the Bulgarian market. Her experience includes leading recruitment campaigns, organizing events, and building long-term relationships with partners and university networks. In addition to her core role, Hristina is a passionate advocate for corporate social responsibility and frequently supports projects that contribute to community impact and employee engagement.

What motivated you and your company to get involved in the Women Who Grow network, and what does it mean for you to serve as an Ambassador?

Back in December 2024, we had a truly inspiring conversation with the amazing women behind Women Who Grow, and we immediately connected with their mission. At Paysafe, we deeply believe in what they were creating — a space for growth, authenticity, and shared purpose, where real, sustainable progress comes when women are empowered to grow confidently and authentically. The network's focus on connection, courage, and self-development directly aligns with our values as a company and with my commitment to creating inclusive spaces where women can thrive.

Serving as an Ambassador is a meaningful opportunity to give back, to help amplify voices, and to be part of a movement that prioritizes personal growth as much as professional achievements. It’s about showing up, sharing openly, and supporting others on their journey — while continuing to grow ourselves.

In what ways does your organization support the mission of Women Who Grow and contribute to empowering women’s growth?

We’re committed to creating meaningful opportunities for women to share, inspire, and connect. As part of our involvement in Women Who Grow, we’re organizing on-site events where our incredible female professionals at Paysafe can showcase their expertise, personal growth, share practical tips, and the lessons learned throughout their journeys. These stories have the power to resonate deeply and help others on similar paths.

Our first joint event featured our colleague Zdravka Dzhaleva, who openly talked about her career transformation story — a session that was not only inspiring but also full of valuable insights. We’re already looking forward to the next event, which we’re confident will again bring great value to the women in the network.

Beyond events, we’re also investing time and energy to help shape and guide other initiatives within the network — because growth happens when we share, support, and show up for one another.
