What motivated you and your company to get involved in the Women Who Grow

network, and what does it mean for you to serve as an Ambassador?

My motivation stems from my belief in the power of community, support and mentorship.

At Paysafe, we've long recognized the value of diverse voices and the strength that

women bring to leadership and to the workplace. When we learned about Women Who

Grow, we saw a natural alignment with our mission to foster inclusive environments

where everyone can thrive.

Serving as an Ambassador is both an honor and a responsibility. It’s an opportunity to

not only support others but also actively shape conversations around both women’s

advancement and the community's growth. It means showing up, advocating for

meaningful change, and spotlighting the incredible work being done by women in our

network. It also means being vulnerable as women and being open about the

experiences, good and bad, that shaped us as humans and professionals.

In what ways does your organization support the mission of Women Who Grow and contribute to empowering women’s growth?

At Paysafe, internally, we have multiple initiatives focused on supporting and

empowering women within the company and the broader fintech industry. We have a

very strong and active Women@Paysafe network, which provides a platform for

professional development and also a community for exchanging experiences and

helping each other. Paysafe has also implemented mentorship opportunities, leadership

development programs, and policies that support women at all stages of their careers.

We ensure representation among decision-makers and encourage open dialogue on

diversity and inclusion.

Externally, we collaborate with Women Who Grow by hosting events and offering

resources that help women scale their ideas and impact. Our commitment goes beyond

symbolic gestures — we aim to provide tangible support by featuring colleagues who

openly talk about their journeys and share expertise and lessons learned throughout

experience. We strongly believe that the most powerful tool we can offer is investing our

own time, energy, inspiration and knowledge.

What would you say to other companies or individuals considering joining or

supporting the network?

Don’t hesitate. The value of being part of a network like Women Who Grow extends far

beyond networking with professionals who can support career growth. You’ll be joining a

community of passionate and forward-thinking leaders who understand that when

women grow, we all grow. You will become part of a safe space where voices can be

heard and valued, encouraging open dialogue and sharing experiences.

Whether you’re a startup founder, a large corporation, or an individual passionate about

your own personal growth, there’s a place for you in the community.
