Every year, Paysafe – the global payments company – marks its annual corporate
celebration, Paysafe Day, with a mix of purpose-driven activities, community engagement,
and festive spirit that spans offices around the world. Paysafe Day brings together Paysafe
employees to celebrate what makes them truly special: people, purpose, and passion.
Marking the anniversary of the company’s founding, Paysafe Day is like a corporate birthday
- a day dedicated to recognizing achievements, building connections, giving back, and
having fun as one unified team across the world.
In this year’s edition, Paysafe Day 2025, embraced the company’s shared values while
making a meaningful local impact - especially in Sofia, home to Paysafe’s largest office,
where over 1,400 employees work across departments such as Finance, IT, Cyber security,
Customer Service, etc. From charity initiatives to wellness-focused events, the day served
as a reminder of how business success and community engagement can go together.

Across its global offices - in Jacksonville, Vienna, Dublin, Lima, Montreal, London, and Sofia
- employees participated in a wide range of initiatives aimed at giving back.
"The energy, enthusiasm, and generosity made this celebration truly special. Over 110
colleagues took part in volunteering challenges - from dance class fundraisers and charity
bazaars to assembling care packages for refugee children and fighting stereotypes. The
impact we created together was nothing short of inspiring." - Victor Fachev, Senior Director
People Enablement at Paysafe.

"In the late afternoon, we gathered for a company-wide town hall, where we were warmly
welcomed online by Paysafe’s CEO, Bruce Lowthers. Joining us in person were our Chief
People and Legal Officer and our CTO, adding a personal touch to the occasion". Another
thing that made the day truly extraordinary was that it was entirely employee. The event was
brought to life by the passion and dedication of colleagues like Ivona Gavrilova, Director of
Talent Acquisition, Bulgaria and Dilyana Gerasimova, People Enablement Specialist, who
were instrumental in organizing the day, along with Hristina Hristova, Senior Talent
Acquisition Partner, Angelina Galabova, Team Lead KYC, and Suzan Mansur, Market
Presence Policy Analyst, who led the CSR initiatives. Their efforts created a powerful,
memorable experience for all., he added.
After a day dedicated to giving back to the community, it transitioned into an evening filled
with fun and connection - arcade games, bowling, dancing, and watching the Europa League
Final. The catering was thoughtfully provided by a social enterprise that empowers
individuals with diverse disabilities, making the evening even more meaningful.

Over the years, Paysafe Day has evolved into a hallmark of company culture. Last year’s
celebration highlights included an uplifting Zumba class, a thought-provoking talk by Georgi
Toshev, and a meaningful charitable bazaar supporting local causes. In 2023, the focus was
on performance, wellbeing, and loyalty, featuring exciting Paysafe Book Club Gathering with
a guest lecturer the famous Bulgarian writer Georgi Gospodinov. In 2022, more than 500
Bulgarian employees took part in a week-long program dedicated to personal growth, health, and social activities.
What remains consistent year after year is the spirit of the event - one of unity, pride, and a
shared drive to create positive change both within the organization and in the communities it touches.
As Paysafe continues to grow and innovate across global markets, Paysafe Day stands as a
living tradition - celebrating progress, amplifying purpose, and putting people at the heart of everything.
