Before the holidays, Paysafe is not only buzzing with festive celebrations but actively engaged with meaningful activities. The company has cultivated a strong culture of giving, where employees unite around causes that bring hope and support to people in need. For Paysafe, this season is an opportunity to demonstrate its values through initiatives that uplift communities and strengthen connections across teams.

Trees of Talent 2025

The most recent highlight of Paysafe’s festive calendar is its participation in the Trees of Talent initiative, created by the Stoyan Kambarev Foundation. Paysafe has joined the effort to spotlight exceptional children in Bulgaria for a second year in a row. The company’s Christmas tree, displayed in front of the National Palace of Culture as part of Sofia’s Christmas Fest, adds a special touch: 40 ornaments featuring reflections from Paysafe employees. Visitors are invited to pause, read the thoughts attached to the branches, and experience the spirit of creativity and togetherness that the initiative aims to promote.

Supporting Elderly People in Vratsa Province

Beyond celebrating talent, Paysafe places a strong emphasis on community support, particularly for vulnerable groups. One of the company’s most impactful ongoing volunteering initiatives is its support for elderly people living in remote villages in North-West Bulgaria.

For the fourth year in a row, Paysafe volunteers recently delivered fifty packages of essential food supplies to seniors in need in Vratsa Province and Pernik. As part of Project Severozapad, colleagues visited villages around Mezdra, where many elderly residents face isolation and limited access to necessities. The initiative has so far resulted in 2,839 kilograms of donated food, 143 prepared and delivered packages, and the involvement of 32 employees.

In November 2025, Paysafe employees participated in the global # GivingTuesday initiative. Contemporary books were collected and donated to prison libraries in collaboration with the Global Libraries Foundation, providing access to modern literature and new learning opportunities. Employees also donated food for animals supported by the Pet Sisters Rescue Center, demonstrating empathy that extends beyond human communities. In cooperation with the Concordia Foundation, Christmas toys were collected and donated to children at risk to bring them joy and warmth during the festive period. These efforts mark the beginning of a season defined by solidarity and shared goodwill.

Employee-Led Holiday Giving

Additionally, this December, every Paysafe employee received 50 USD to donate to a cause of their choice. Most of the contributions supported organizations focused on animal welfare and healthcare - reflecting the compassion and personal values of the Paysafe community.

The company’s culture of giving is not limited to a single season. Paysafe employees consistently volunteer, participate in charitable initiatives, and build community partnerships throughout the year, ensuring ongoing support for vulnerable groups. Through collective action, compassion, and a strong sense of community, employees continue to transform generosity into real impact. As the company looks ahead, it carries forward a deeply rooted belief: when people come together with purpose, they can create lasting change and inspire others to do the same.
