Since Suzan Mansur joined Paysafe 12 years ago, she has learned a lot throughout her journey and has grown tremendously, both professionally and personally. The company has provided her with incredible opportunities to connect, create, and make a difference. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two amazing girls and hopes to inspire them to be kind, compassionate, and always willing to help others as they grow up.
Why do you think it’s important for companies today to be actively involved in charity and community initiatives?
The businesses today have the power - and the responsibility - to drive positive change beyond profit. When companies engage in charity and community work, they enhance their social impact and foster a culture of empathy, collaboration, and purpose that benefits both employees and society.
What first inspired you to get involved in charitable or social impact work?
I’ve always believed that even small actions can make a big difference. My inspiration
came from seeing how collective efforts - whether through volunteering, mentoring, or fundraising - can transform lives and communities. At Paysafe, I found the perfect environment to turn this belief into action.

Can you describe the initiative you’ve been most involved in and what it aims to
achieve?
I truly give my heart and soul to every initiative I’m involved in, so it’s impossible to choose just one. Each project’s impact is different - whether it’s supporting children in need, helping elderly people, or creating moments that bring our community together. No matter what the cause is, I always do it with all my heart, because making a difference, even in a small way, is what truly matters to me.

How does Paysafe approach its role in driving positive social change?
Paysafe’s approach is rooted in genuine caring and employee empowerment. We encourage people to take the lead on initiatives they’re passionate about - from volunteering and mentoring to sustainability and family programs. This bottom-up approach ensures that our impact is authentic, inclusive, and aligned with our values.
Women in technology play a significant role in these initiatives. Could you tell us about the involvement of female employees at Paysafe?
Women at Paysafe are incredible changemakers. They lead networks, volunteer in schools, mentor young people, and create events that inspire connection and kindness. Their empathy, creativity, and resilience shape many of our most successful community initiatives.

If you could define “women driving change” in one sentence, what would it be?
“Women driving change” means turning compassion into action and inspiring others to do the same.
